Refund Policy – Disruption is Brewing

Thank you for shopping with Chaos Brew, a Brew Portfolio Limited brand. We are committed to delivering the highest quality craft beer and merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We can offer returns or refunds for the following circumstances:

Damaged or faulty goods

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will replace the item(s) wherever possible or issue a refund including delivery charges.

Beer products

Due to the perishable nature of alcoholic beverages, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind or no longer want the products after delivery, except where the product is faulty or not as described.

Merchandise & non-perishable goods

If you wish to return non-perishable goods (e.g., apparel, glassware), you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Refunds will exclude any delivery charges unless the item is faulty.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund or return, please contact us at: info@chaosbrew.co Include your order number, details of the issue, and photos where appropriate.

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Shipping of Returns

You will be responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty merchandise. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

4. Wrong Age Verification

We operate a strict 18+ policy. If a delivery cannot be completed because age verification fails or is refused, no refund will be provided and redelivery charges may apply.

5. Events & Experiences

Tickets purchased for brewery tours, taproom events, or tastings are non-refundable, except where cancelled by us. If you can no longer attend, please contact us and we will try to assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee transfer or resale.

6. Promotions & Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotional or discounted items may not always be eligible for refund unless faulty.

7. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
